A cozy winter hike followed by a melty, delicious Swiss raclette in the mountains.


Escape the crowds and discover the quiet magic of winter in the Alps on a guided winter hiking adventure on snowshoes around Interlaken, Mürren or Grindelwald. Surrounded by majestic peaks and silent forests, this experience is perfect for anyone who loves being outdoors and is comfortable hiking. Along the way, we’ll follow beautiful local trails, share stories about the area, and enjoy a relaxed, friendly, and fun atmosphere in the stunning alpine scenery. We’ll walk for about 2–3 hours, with a few stops along the way.

The highlight of the day is a mountain picnic with melted Swiss cheese, fresh bread, and local treats — enjoyed outdoors with incredible views.

Snowshoe and raclette adventure

  • This experience is customized based on snow conditions and group preference. We choose one of our favorite local routes in Mürren or Grindelwald for the best snow and views each day.

    Route options may include:

    • Chänelegg Snowshoe Trail (Mürren)

    • Gimmelen Snowshoe Trail (Mürren)

    • Wetterhorn Snowshoe Trail (Grindelwald)

    Typical Distance: 3–5 km
    Elevation Gain: +200 to +400 m
    Snowshoeing Time: 2–2.5 hours
    Total Experience Duration: 5 hours approx. (including transport + raclette picnic)

  • Lauterbrunnen or Grindelwald train station at 09.00 am.

  • If you can hike, you can snowshoe, but moderate fitness level is required. Easy to moderate well-developed trails.
