Welcome to 2 Feet Adventures! We’re excited to share the beauty of the Swiss Alps with you. Before you book your tour, please read through these Terms & Conditions carefully. By booking a tour with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking and Payment

  • A confirmed booking is required for all guided tours and custom planning services.

  • Payment is due in full prior to the tour date unless otherwise agreed.

  • Prices are listed in CHF (Swiss Francs) and include applicable taxes, unless noted.

  • 2. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made up to 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled experience.

If we need to cancel due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, you’ll be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

3. Insurance and Liability

  • Participants are responsible for their own travel, health, and accident insurance.

  • While we take great care to ensure your safety, outdoor activities involve inherent risks. By joining a tour, you acknowledge those risks and agree that 2 Feet Adventures and its guides are not liable for injuries, loss, or damages.

4. Physical Condition and Responsibility

  • Our tours vary in difficulty. It is your responsibility to choose an experience suited to your fitness level.

  • Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions or limitations.

  • Children must be accompanied by an adult.

5. Changes to Itineraries

Mountain weather and trail conditions can change quickly. We reserve the right to modify routes or itineraries for safety reasons or logistical needs.

6. Use of Photos

During the tour, we may take photos or videos for promotional use (social media, website, etc.). If you prefer not to appear, just let us know before the tour begins.

7. Custom Experiences

If you’ve booked a tailor-made adventure, the final plan and cost will be confirmed in writing before the tour. Changes after confirmation may incur additional fees.
