20 - 24 AUGUST 2O26

Step into your trail running adventure

Day 1 – 20 August

Arrival & welcome evening

Arrive at our mountain house base, settle into your room, and meet the team. In the evening, we’ll gather for a shared dinner, outdoor fire, and get introduced to the camp itinerary.

Day 2 – 21 August

Hotel Obersteinberg and Oberhornsee.
Lauterbrunnen Valley.
Distance: 15 km | Elevation: +1250 m /
-1230 m
*Route can be shortened using public transport.

On our first day we’ll head to one of our favorite hidden corners of the Lauterbrunnen Valley. The trail climbs through forest and open alpine terrain until we reach Oberhornsee, a quiet alpine lake surrounded by the most beautiful peaks and glaciers.

Along the way we’ll stop at the historic Hotel Obersteinberg, a special mountain inn with their own cheese production and incredible scenery all around. During most of the run we will have views to the beautiful Schmadribach Waterfall, and if we’re lucky we might also spot some local wildlife along the trail.

We’ll then make our way back towards Lauterbrunnen village, where you’ll have a bit of free time to wander around and explore.

In the evening we’ll meet again for a guided stretching session followed by a home-cooked dinner that we’ll share together.

Day 4 – 22 August

Grindelwald, Grosse Scheidegg and Rosenlaui
Distance: 22 km | Elevation: +1040 m /
-1470 m
*Route can be shortened using public transport.

Our third trail run looks like a bigger day out, but we’ll take plenty of stops along the way. We’ll start our run in Grindelwald and make our way toward Rosenlaui, running through one of the most beautiful and quiet valleys in the region.

Expect running under impressive mountain peaks, along a beautiful glacier-fed river, local farms, and stunning forests. One of the highlights is visiting the Rosenlaui Glacier Gorge, a dramatic narrow canyon carved by glacial meltwater.

We’ll enjoy lunch by the river with views of the impressive Wellhorn, probably one of our favourite peaks from the region.

The run finishes down in Meiringen, and on the way back we’ll stop by the Lake Brienz to rest, swim and relax, or simply enjoy some free time to do whatever you feel like.

In the evening, we’ll gather again with a few local athletes will join us for good food, shared stories, and a fun evening together.

Day 5 – 23 August

Mürren and Rotstock Hut
Above the Lauterbrunnen Valley
Distance: 12 km | Elevation: +635 m /
-634 m

After breakfast and a morning stretch, we’ll head to the beautiful mountain village of Mürren. Today is a shorter day on the trails as we make our way up to Rotstockhütte, one of our favourite mountain huts in the region.

The route follows quiet local trails through alpine meadows and farmland, with incredible views of the surrounding peaks, including the famous Schilthorn. From the hut we’ll take time to enjoy the mountain scenery before heading back down to Mürren along a different trail. Once back in the village, you’ll have some free time to wander around and get some souvenirs.

For those feeling adventurous, today offers a different way to return to the valley. Instead of running all the way down, you’ll have the chance to paraglide back to the valley floor, one of the most incredible experiences you can have in this region!

As this is our last evening together, we’ll celebrate with a special dinner. We’ll head out for a short night walk with headtorches under the stars, finishing the night around a bonfire with a few extra surprises.

Day 6 – 24 August

Closing day and free exploration

We’ll start the day with a final breakfast together, and gather for a little closure with some surprises.

After that, the day is yours to enjoy the region however you like. If you feel like another adventure, we’re happy to share our favourite suggestions and help organize activities like kayaking, rafting, canyoning, or a via ferrata. You might also prefer to wander through the villages, go for a swim in one of the lakes, or simply relax in a nice cafe.

We’ll help you make the most of your last day!
