Experienced trail runners who love the mountains — whether you’re training for a race or simply want a trail running holiday with like-minded people.What level do I need to be?
You should be comfortable running 15–25 km with 700–1000 m of elevation. We adapt routes depending on the group and always prioritize flow, fun, and enjoyment.How do I train to run in the Alps?

We keep the group small to create a personal, connected experience — maximum 10 people.Why the Jungfrau Region?
The Jungfrau Region offers some of the most diverse and inspiring trail running terrain in the Alps. From quiet forest paths and alpine lakes to panoramic ridgelines and traditional mountain huts, it’s a playground for runners who love elevation, variety, and big views.It’s also our home, we train here year-round and know the hidden trails beyond the busy routes.
What should I bring?
We’ll send a detailed list of all necessary equipment before the weekend.Do I need travel insurance?
Yes, travel insurance is mandatory, and it must cover mountain rescue and emergency evacuation. This ensures you’re fully protected in case of unforeseen circumstances in the mountains.What if I have to cancel?
Up to 60 days before the retreat: Full refund
60–30 days before: 50% refund
30 days or less: No refund
What’s not included?
Flights or transportation to the start of the tour. Transportation if you decide to shorten a run. Extra drinks or snacks on the trails. Trip insurance.What should i carry on my running vest?
We recommend bringing at least 1L of water, energy snacks, a waterproof jacket, an extra dry t-shirt, dry socks, poles, a lightweight hoodie or warm layer, sun protection, your phone, IID, and a credit card or some cash for mountain huts. We’ll always advise if additional gear is needed depending on the route and weather.What if the weather is bad?
Safety comes first. If needed, we’ll adjust the route, pace, or distance depending on conditions. The Jungfrau Region offers trails at different elevations, and we also have alternative indoor sessions and Plan B activities prepared.
