Who is this weekend for?
Experienced trail runners who love the mountains — whether you’re training for a race or simply want a trail running holiday with like-minded people.

What level do I need to be?
You should be comfortable running 15 km with 700–1000 m of elevation. We adapt routes depending on the group and always prioritize flow, fun, and enjoyment. If you are not sure you can always reach out to us!

How do I train to run in the Alps?
To help you prepare, Oli, our certified coach and ultra runner, offers personalized training plans so you arrive feeling strong and confident.

Do we run the entire time?
No. In the mountains, running doesn’t always mean running. We run the runnable sections, hike the steep climbs, and take breaks to enjoy the views.

How many people will join?
We keep the group small to create a personal, connected experience, our maximum is 8 people.

Why the Jungfrau Region?
The Jungfrau Region offers some of the most diverse and inspiring trail running trails. From quiet forest paths and alpine lakes to panoramic ridgelines and traditional mountain huts, it’s a playground for runners who love elevation, variety, and big views. It’s also our home, and we love it! we train here year-round and want to share our secret corners.

What should I bring?
We’ll send a detailed list of all necessary equipment when you sign up.

Do I need travel insurance?
Yes, travel insurance is mandatory, and it must cover mountain rescue and emergency evacuation.

What if I have to cancel?

• Up to 45 days before the retreat: Full refund

• 45–30 days before: 50% refund

• 30 days or less: No refund

What’s not included?
Flights or transportation to the start of the tour.
Transportation if you decide to shorten a run.
Drinks with dinners.
Extra drinks or snacks on the trails. Trip insurance.

What if the weather is bad?
Safety comes first. If needed, we’ll adjust the route, pace, or distance depending on conditions. The Jungfrau Region offers trails at different elevations, and we also have alternative indoor sessions and Plan B activities prepared.

What happens if not enough people sign up?
To ensure the best experience and keep the camp sustainable, we require a minimum of 4 participants.

If the minimum number is not reached, we may need to cancel the camp. In that case, all payments will be fully refunded. We will confirm the camp no later than 45 days before the start date.
